8x Social runs end-to-end UGC and creator campaigns for consumer and B2B technology companies across the US, UK, Europe, India, LATAM and the Middle East. We build creator networks per client, produce content at volume, and report on what actually moved the numbers.

Every campaign we win needs a creator pool behind it, matched to the client's niche and market, and it needs to exist within days rather than weeks. Sourcing speed is the constraint on how fast we can launch.

What you'll own

• Sourcing. Finding creators independently across TikTok, Instagram, Upwork and Facebook groups — not waiting on inbound.
• Pools by niche and country. Maintaining a bench so campaigns launch from stock rather than from scratch.
• Turnaround. One to two days for core niches such as tech, fashion and beauty; up to five for long-tail categories.
• Briefing and onboarding. Creators into campaigns and handing them cleanly to the campaign manager.
• Weekly coordination. With campaign managers across regions.

What we're looking for

• Fast and resourceful. This role rewards volume plus judgement, not one or the other.
• Good instincts for creator quality. You can tell who will actually deliver.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach. And the rejection rate that comes with it.
• Works across timezones. Without needing to be chased.

Compensation

A base of $300 – $450 per month depending on experience, plus $5 per activated creator — meaning someone you sourced, onboarded and who is delivering on a live campaign.

The structure is deliberately weighted toward activation rather than volume of contacts. A sourcer working at pace typically lands well above the base.
