8x Social is building the infrastructure for performance-driven creator marketing. We connect brands with 50,000++ creators across 10+ countries, and we're automating the entire pipeline with AI - from creator discovery to campaign evaluation to payout.

We hit $1.2M ARR in five months and we're just getting started. The product is working. The market is pulling. Now we need a founding engineer who wants to build the future of this industry, not maintain someone else's legacy systems.

What You'll Build

This is not a ticket-taker role. You'll own entire systems from architecture to deployment.

• AI-powered evaluation systems. that score creator content and predict campaign performance
• Creator matching infrastructure. connecting the right creators with the right brands at scale
• Campaign automation pipelines. replacing manual ops with intelligent workflows
• Internal tools and dashboards. that make our team 10x more efficient every quarter
• Whatever needs building. - at this stage, the best idea wins regardless of who proposed it

Who You Are

You're the type of person who built robots in high school, competed in olympiads, or shipped side projects that made people say "wait, how old are you?" You studied at a top program - Imperial, Stanford, MIT, Polytechnique, wherever - and you're dangerous with code.

• Builder mentality. - you ship fast, learn faster, and care deeply about craft
• Strong CS fundamentals. - top school, competitive programming, or equivalent proof of raw ability
• Full-stack capability. - comfortable across the entire stack from database to deployment
• AI-native thinking. - you already use AI tools daily and think in terms of what's now possible
• Startup conviction. - you want founding team impact, not big-company comfort

What You'll Get

• Part-time: $1,000-$2,500/month. base for a 25-hour weekly commitment
• Full-time. competitive salary depending on experience, plus stock options on conversion
