What we're building

8x is the fastest growing company in Entrepreneur First history. We are building the infrastructure for performance-driven creator marketing, with the broader vision of the first billion-human company: human work, orchestrated at the scale of software.

Founded by Jaka Bavdek and Theo Bui out of Entrepreneur First. Small team, no layers, shipping every day. The people we hire now will own the products, the funnels, and the accounts they touch.

Who we're hiring

  • Engineering. You ship fast, ship a lot, and care about the user. You have built things real people use. Backend, full-stack, AI infra, whatever your stack. Show us.
  • Growth. You think in funnels and experiments. You have grown something from zero: a newsletter, a side project, a launch. You find what is working and double down.
  • Sales. You can pick up the phone, get past gatekeepers, and close. You have sold something hard before and you know the difference between a real yes and a polite one. Outbound, AEs, partnerships.

Who we hire

We hire the most ambitious people we can find. Resume signals matter less than what you have actually built.
  • Ambition. You want to build something that matters at scale. A normal job will not do it for you.
  • Ownership. You make things happen. You do not wait for permission and you do not blame the process.
  • Speed. You would rather ship something rough today than something perfect next month. You iterate.
  • Taste. You can tell good from bad in your craft, even when you cannot explain why. You care about the details.
