8x Social hit $1.2M ARR in 5 months connecting brands to 50,000+ creators. We are scaling fast but every screen, deck, and brand touchpoint has been built by engineers and founders. We need a designer who can take ownership and raise the quality bar across product, brand, and fundraise materials.

You will be the first design hire. The decisions you make now will define how 8x looks for years.

What You'll Actually Do

• Product design. Own the UX/UI for the creator portal, brand portal, and internal CRM tools. Wireframe, prototype, ship — directly in Figma and alongside engineers.
• Brand design. Refine our visual identity. Marketing site, pitch decks, social assets, sales collateral.
• Fundraise materials. Help us tell our story. Investor decks, data rooms, one-pagers — make our raise look as serious as it is.
• Design system. Build the components, tokens, and patterns the team can reuse so we move faster without losing polish.
