Own AI Product Launches End-to-End

What you'll own

You'll run a play—a 6-8 week creator marketing campaign for an AI consumer product. That means picking creators, writing briefs, shipping content, reading metrics, killing what doesn't work, and scaling what does.

Most plays drive 50K-500K installs or signups. You are the single owner of one product's launch. The outcome is yours.

• Define the hypothesis. What behavior change is this product betting on? Who's the early adopter? What's the hook?
• Source creators. Find 10-30 creators per week in your product's niche. We give you tools, a 50K+ database, and criteria. No separate sourcer—this is your job.
• Brief and ship. Write the creative brief, answer creator questions, get content live fast.
• Measure and iterate. Track views, conversions, run experiments on hooks and formats. Make weekly kill/scale decisions.
• Report directly. Weekly written updates to the client founder. You own the dialogue.

You're not supporting someone else's launch. You're the PM. The play is yours end-to-end.

Who this is for

This role exists because great operators get priced out of global tech for reasons unrelated to ability. We're building the most diverse PM team in creator marketing by finding people who ship things and paying them fairly.

• Self-taught welcome. We don't care about your university. Show us what you've shipped and how you think.
• Ships things. You've launched something. A TikTok account, Shopify store, Discord, Substack, side product. Anything requiring 100 small decisions and learning from outcomes.
• AI-native. You don't just use ChatGPT. You build things with Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable, ElevenLabs, Runway. Whatever the job needs.
• Comfortable async. Remote-first with 2-4 hour overlap for client syncs. You manage your own time.
• Based in Europe. Time zone matters for this role. We need overlap with EU/US business hours.
